- We purchase merchandises for customers once an order is placed. We cannot 100% guarantee that there is stock in Japan and can be successfully purchased. In case of out of stock, we will arrange a refund asap or contact customers for order amendments.
- Refund only applies on out of stock items, and will be done according to the original method of payment. It will take several working days for the credit card company to complete the refund process.
- Before shipping out the goods, our team checks each item carefully and package them well for protection to ensure that they are in good condition and will be safely arrived on customers' hand. If you find any problems (such as receiving wrong, missing or defective items), please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the items and provide photo proof. The store will reserve the right not to accept enquiries raised over 3 days.
- Products must be returned with original packaging. Products that have been used or with tags removed will not be accepted for return.
- Our store is a shopping agency and cannot provide replacement/return or maintenance services. If there is any damage due to transportation, our store will not be responsible, please understand. Damage not caused by our store will not be accepted as a reason for return.
- Any return or refund requests due to slight color difference, misunderstanding of product material, clothing size is not fitted, or any personal reasons will not be accepted.
- International orders (Areas outside Hong Kong & Macau) are subject to additional international shipping charges, which are calculated based on the volume and weight of the package.
Shipping charges for a few countries cannot be calculated at checkout. If this applies to your order, we will contact customers for shipping charges payment when we got your order ready for shipping. If you have any questions, please contact us for a shipping quote BEFORE placing an order.
Once an order is submitted, our store does not accept requests for order cancellation and refund due to international shipping disputes. - All orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. Please confirm your order details before placing an order.
- If you request to cancel the order due to personal reasons after payment, 15% of the total order fee will be charged as cancellation fee. In addition, the following types of products and situations are not eligible for cancellation after an order is placed:
• Food items
• Customized products
• Orders that have already been shipped
