1) Our store is an online store, we do not have any physical store
2) For most of the products shown, we do not carry inventory on hand. We purchase merchandises for customers once an order is placed . Full payment is required for placing orders. We cannot 100% guarantee stock availability in Japan and can be successfully purchased. In case of out of stock, we will arrange a refund asap or contact customers for order amendments. 3) We offer international shipping to various countries and regions. Please check the available shipping destinations at checkout. If your location is not listed, feel free to contact us for assistance and order arrangements.
4) About Shipping Fees
Local orders（Hong Kong & Macau）：The price includes the cost and tax of goods shipped by airmail from Japan. Local postage after arriving in Hong Kong will be calculated separately.
Overseas orders (Regions outside Hong Kong & Macau): Orders will be sent by tracked airmail, subject to international shipping charges, which are calculated based on the size and weight of the package.
5) Import duties, taxes on overseas orders
Import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are applicable upon the arrival of the shipped goods at the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. If you have concerns, please check with your country's customs office for more information regarding any potential charges before purchasing. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If the recipient fails to pay the customs duties and the item is returned, no refund will be issued.
6) We will process your orders once an order is placed. Unless the product is out of stock, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Please confirm the order details before placing an order
7) If the customer chooses a payment channel that is not directly completed on the website, please complete payment within two days after placing the order, and provide a screenshot or bank transfer slip for confirmation. If the payment is not confirmed within two days, the order will be automatically canceled.
8) Items in different orders will not be automatically consolidated for shipment. If you want to combine shipments, please fill in the remarks when placing the order and let us know the order number that needs to be shipped together.
9) About membership rewards
- Register as a member of our store, you can participate in the member reward program, and earn points when shopping
- Please keep logging in when shopping, otherwise you will not be able to enjoy member rewards and earn points (no reissue)
- Member rewards are not applicable to orders placed outside the website, such as WhatsApp / Instagram / Facebook
10) Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Customers who have very strict standards for color difference, please consider carefully before ordering
11) Due to the limited storage space, after the goods arrive in Hong Kong, please pick up within 60 days (calculated from the first arrival notice). If we receive no contact from you, it will be regarded as abandoning the goods and no refund will be provided
12) We can order Japan goods other than those on our store, welcome to send us the URL of the goods, pictures, etc. for quotation
13) Our store also provides Mercari or Yahoo Auctions shopping service, please contact us for more details. Please note that most of these items are sold by individual sellers, which includes second-hand items. We cannot determine or guarantee the quality. Before purchasing, please read the seller's descriptions and pictures carefully. If there is any problem concerning quality, we will not be responsible, thank you for your understanding.
